Vinification: harvested in the middle of September, after a long maceration on the skins is aged in barriques for at least 1 year and refined 9 months in bottle.
Colour: deep, luminous ruby red with grenade glares.
Taste: aromatic and generous, soft and smooth with delicate well-bodied tannins.
Fragrance: small ripe red fruits, blackberries, blueberries with underlying notes of vanilla and cardamom blend together with minerals.
