Vinification: Vespolina is a black berry grape native of Novara hills. Vespolina is harvested around the 20th September and then the pressed grape macerates for 6 days. After separating the skins, it completes the fermentation in stainless steel at controlled temperature. The wine, became clear, starts its aging process first in barrels and then in steel before being bottled.
Colour: intense ruby red with violet hues.
