Vinification: grape is harvested during mid-end of September and it ferments in steel tanks. Maturation takes place in first and second-label wine barriques and in large French oak barrels for 12 months. Refinement occurs in bottles for at least 3 months.
Colour: dark and intense red violet rubin with red rubin tonalities.
Taste: soft, pervasive, mouthfilling with medium density sweet tannins very well balanced with its acidity. Sweet fruity and lingering aftertaste.
Fragrance: sweet, full, delicate, very intense and fruity. With light oak hints.
Serving Temperature: 18/19 °C (65/66 °F)
Alcohol content: 13,5% vol.
Serving Suggestions: excellent for the whole meal and especially for red meats and matured cheese.
